Used my new George Foreman indoor/outdoor #grill to make this #healthy #dinner: beer marinated chicken breast, couscous and grilled zucchini & squash. #goodeats #cleaneating

Tonight’s dinner: slowcooker chicken quinoa kale soup. Easy, yummy and @advocare 24daychallenge friendly!
I think I’ll make this tomorrow for the week. Looks easy, tasty and covers all my bases on the challenge!

Tonight’s dinner: wheat penne pasta with ground turkey, red bell pepper, mushrooms and a creamy cheesy sauce. The sauce was actually low in sodium sugar (rare for a jar sauce) so I splurged.
Had a side salad with balsamic vinegarette so the whole meal was just under 700 calories. Not bad for pasta and the day’s biggest meal.

Day 1 @advocare challenge #dinner was so big it needed 2 plates! Mediterranean chicken, roasted fingerling potatoes, roasted squash and zucchini. #goodeats #gotadvocare #healthy
